Arrival & Entry Guide

Your smooth check-in process at Windmill 23 starts here. Follow these steps to access your apartment easily.

Instructions & Code

  • Look for a message in your booking app 1–2 days before or on the morning of arrival.
  • This will include the key box location and your personal entry code.
  • Please keep this code handy for your arrival.

Key Box Entry

  • Upon arrival, locate the key box near the entrance.
  • Enter your code to retrieve your keys.
  • Always ensure the key box is closed correctly after use.

Electricity Card

  • Insert the card into the door-side slot to activate electricity.
  • Remove the card when leaving the apartment to save energy.
  • Please do not leave appliances running while away.
